Welcome to the Victorian! The Victorian, is a bed and breakfast and meeting place located in the heart of down town Sioux Falls, South Dakota. Lodging more personal than a hotel, and usually more affordable. This grand lady is on the Historic Register. Built in 1888, the home provides an intimate, and cozy setting that meets many needs. Each room has a dressing room area, a table and chair set for two, a chair to relax in, a queen sized bed with top of the line linens, television, refrigerator, iron, wine glasses, coffee maker and all the fixins, and much more. We are less than five miles from the airport. Room Rates: We offer rates with and without breakfast ... you choose! Breakfast is an additional $10.00 per person per morning. Breakfast is not served during the week when school is in. Some exceptions can be made however. October through February Sunday - Thursday $65.00 Friday - Saturday $75.00 *   March - September Sunday - Thursday $70.00 Friday - Saturday $80.00 * *Add $10.00/person for breakfast *Special rates for long stays of three nights or more. It is filled with dresses, make up and shoes that would make any little girl gasp in awe. You can customize your party to fit your budget and your needs. We are flexible ... just ask! Many people like to hold partys or meetings at the Victorian as well as rent the entire home for their group for 24 hours or more. Imagine a wedding, party or workshop event that allows your guests or employees to just stay overnight after! Great for out of town attendees that would book a hotel room anyway. Instead of renting per hour and sharing the house with my overnight room guests, just rent the house. You get our three luxury suites each with a private bath, an overflow room with a fold down bed and close access to a bath, two formal living room areas adjoined and furnished with tables and chairs, and a formal dining room area. You may also use our kitchen. Many caterers have already done partys for our guests here at the Victorian. You might also choose to cook your own meals on site. Rates: $375.00 for a 24 hour period. Wow! What a deal… if you have three overnight guests they would spend that at a nice hotel alone! Have them pay you instead… then get the meeting space for an entire day instead of paying an hourly rate! Our Rooms Gwendolynn June Chambers Jodi Marie Chambers Julie Ann Chambers Second Floor Parlor Meeting Spaces (up to 50 people) Meeting Spaces on the Main floor: Our main floor meeting space is a combination of three rooms that all adjoin. We set up tables and chairs in a formal setting in two rooms, with more chairs and tables if needed for the third area. Use the spaces open, or with tables and chairs. I can arrange catering for food events, or you may choose to do so yourself. We have a very large kitchen available as well. Great for office parties, work shops, seminars, meetings, private parties, receptions, etc. Just call us for a tour, and a price quote for your specific needs. You will be surprised at how affordable this unique setting can be. Meeting room prices are 1-3 hours for $35 per hour and 4-8 hours are $30 per hour. Welcome and please come on in!
